I've followed the LifePoints WeChat account, why am I still being asked to scan the same QR code?

If you have already scanned the QR code, followed our WeChat Official Account and still receiving prompts to link your WeChat account, please unfollow and follow us again as explained below:

1. Visit the LifePoints Official We Chat Account
2. If you are seeing the ‘Unfollow’ option, click it and confirm you want to unfollow our account
3. Go back to your LifePoints account where you should see the QR code again; if not; go to Rewards section and click LINK YOUR WECHAT ID
4. Using the WeChat app, open the scan function again and scan the QR code displayed on your LifePoints account
5. Click follow on the LifePoints WeChat account and confirm acceptance of the terms
6. Click verify and you should see a success message
