In order to guarantee the quality of results, we can't accept any corrections in most LifePoints surveys. If members could start a questionnaire again, odds are they would modify their answers. People who know the questions related to a particular survey, might give different answers than they did before and this could alter the overall results. For the same reason, it’s not possible to go back in a questionnaire.
Even if this will cause a few minor mistakes, don’t worry and carry on taking surveys. Our algorithms are designed to keep the average reliability of our surveys.
